Cenexi

Cenexi, as part of Roche, is one of the leaders in Europe in the Contract Manufacturing business. We produce for different clients in Europe and in more 155 markets in the world.
 
We have a manufacturing agreement with Amdipharm to produce brand products in sterile ampoules and tablets in different markets.
 
This first step of collaboration is made jointly with the Amdipharm experts, specially to determine the strategy of registration. We prepare the dossier of registration to register Cenexi as a production site in different countries. During this period of time we have many face to face meetings or phone calls to be sure that all the steps of this critical path will be completed in time. It's a very open and transparent collaboration.
 
After this first step we enter in commercial business and we collaborate with Amdipharm to get information concerning the needs on the different market in order to be sure to deliver and supply the markets in time. Every year we have a business review and the Amdipharm Quality people can audit Cenexi on request.
 
The future collaboration should be to strengthen the partnership with Amdipharm by signing additional business and supporting the transfers of production. Also by updating the documentation of new brand products that Amdipharm could acquire.
