Efficient transfer of the acquired assets from the vendor to Amdipharm to an agreed programme and timescale is an integral part of the Amdipharm business plan.

Objective

Seamless transfer of acquired assets from vendor to Amdipharm thus enabling vendor to realise value and redeploy resource quickly. It also ensures continuity of supply and supporting medical information thus protecting the reputation of both parties and ensuring that there is no disruption in the supply chain for healthcare professionals and patients. 

Key Elements 

We ensure that transitional service agreements between vendors and Amdipharm are signed at the same time as the Sales and Purchase Agreement as well as a Transition Plan comprised of strategy, key elements and timings. There is also a Project-dedicated Amdipharm team led by a project manager, ideally with a similar team mirrored from the vendor. It's also very important to ensure good communication - having regular meetings between the vendor and Amdipharm as well as regular Amdipharm project meetings.

Results 

To gain optimum results, we have to ensure the effective transfer of a business. This means ensuring good relations with the vendor, its subsidiaries and Amdipharm customers. At the end of the day, we need vendor willingness to consider Amdipharm as a preferred partner in order to ensure total and consistent implementation.
