Medical

The Medical Department undertakes the medical support of all the company's activities. Through its Medical Services and Medical Operations Divisions it is responsible for the continuing development, monitoring and life-cycle management of Amdipharm's growing international product portfolio.

This includes provision of pharmacovigilance and medical information services, medico-marketing operations and medical advisory activities with internal and external colleagues and clients, including medical input into product development and strategic planning.

Amdipharm's Medical Department upholds the principles and practices of the specialty of Pharmaceutical Medicine, the scientific medical discipline concerned with the discovery, development, evaluation, registration, monitoring and medical aspects of marketing of medicines for the benefit of patients and the health of the community. Procedures and systems are continually reviewed and revised to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and the high quality management of best practice standards.
