Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients are purchased and provided to 3rd-party manufacturers for conversion into finished goods.

Manufacturers work under contract to provide finished goods for various markets throughout the world. Solid partnerships are formed to provide a robust supply chain.

Inventory of finished goods is maintained in all territories to provide maximum flexibility of sales.

Sensitive products with minimal shelf-life or specific storage conditions are catered for including controlled drugs.

All product lines are reviewed and forecasted to provide visibility of supply versus changing demands. Safety stocks are maintained to provide reserves as required by fluctuating market conditions.

Supply Chain liaises with 3rd-party partners who provide local distribution services in more than 25 countries. Distribution is provided on a national basis to ensure that all end-users have access to the product ranges.

Many products are exported by Amdipharm. Opportunities for developing new markets are frequent and more are welcomed.
