Amdipharm plc is the UK operating company of the Amdipharm Division.

Amdipharm is a rapidly growing company with a broad range of well-known and respected ethical brands for both primary and secondary care.

In December 2006 Amdipharm was in the Top 70 (out of 430) UK Pharmaceutical Companies (IMS BPI Dec 2006).

Growth in 2007 will promote Amdipharm UK to a Top 60 UK Pharmaceutical Company (IMS value by Manufacturer).

Amdipharm's strategy is to add value to acquired legacy brands and promote clinically significant brands which may be low priority in the portfolios of larger companies.

Amdipharm is focused on identifying and ensuring that medicines in disease areas not currently under the spotlight of the multinational pharmaceutical industry remain available for patients who depend on them.

With many large companies already focusing their attention on disease areas affecting large populations, like heart disease, asthma or diabetes, Amdipharm will address needs in niche market areas.
